Although most of the curries are Indian, centuries of trade and migration mean the world of curry now stretches much further than the Indian subcontinent and we aim to reflect that in the Friday Night Curry box.

There are Thai curries fragrant with lemongrass & lime leaves, fiery Sri Lankan seafood dishes, sweet Caribbean curries flavoured with herbs & allspice, rich Mughal cooking scented with saffron & cardamon plus all the familiar Indian classics
