keep calm and curry on
Blend for a delicious, gentle
curry full of calming spices
Lemongrass, nutmeg, fennel and turmeric
have all been shown to be calming, to combat
anxiety and to relax the body and they’re
all in this simple curry blend. The mix is very
fragrant, not too hot and very mellow in taste
- the ideal Friday night curry to unwind with
after a hard week!
You Need:
1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
1 onion - sliced
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tbsp of chopped ginger
Chicken, fish or lamb for 4
Simply fry the onion, garlic and ginger until
soft, add the meat and the contents of this
pack. Stir together then add the coconut milk,
200ml of water, 1tsp salt and simmer together
for 30 minutes until cooked through.
Ingredients: mild curry powder, hot
curry powder, ground fennel, ground
lemongrass, turmeric, fenugreek leaves,
ground nutmeg, mint.
