warming winter spice tea Many spices have a warming
effect on the body and in this
blend there’s sweet cassia, spicy
ginger, fragrant cardamon and Simply add 1tsp of the mix per person to a pot or mug then pour over boiling water. As soon as the spices have sunk to the bottom of the pot the tea is ready to drink. Sweeten to taste with honey.
