Get a spicy taste of the Caribbean on your barbeque this summer. This classic Jerk blend is full of fragrant allspice, nutmeg, thyme and cinnamon giving a rich, sweet, tangy flavour with a bit of a spicy kick!
Mix all this Jerk seasoning with 2tbsp vinegar and 2tbsp brown sugar to make a thick paste. Rub all over the meat or fish, cover and marinade for a couple of hours before grilling.
