Espelette Pepper String
A string of 21 Espelette Peppers about 30cm long (should be 20 in a string but there's 1 extra in case one falls off!). These are really high quality, deep red dried peppers with a very mild heat that you can add to all sorts of soups and stews etc - read more about Espelette Pepper here

Nora Paprika Strings
A huge (1metre long!) string of around 100 nora peppers.

Chilli Strings
Chilli Strings or Ristras to hang in your kitchen. You can use them just as decoration or pick off the chillies and cook with them, they're all edible! Only thing to avoid is hanging them in direct sunlight as they'll lose their colour and if they've been hanging up for years they tend to collect a bit of dust so give them a rinse before you cook with them!
