All prices listed on the website include FREE Delivery within the UK - Minimum order is £5.

Orders are sent 1st class post but please be aware this is not a guaranteed next day service. If you desperately need something next day you can choose a next day courier option when checking out for an additional charge (orders made after 2pm will be sent the following day).

We always aim to send orders within 24-48 hours but there may be times where an item is out of stock or some other unforeseen problem in which case we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.

If your order is just a couple of small packs, we'll try and pack them in a box that will fit through a letterbox but many orders are too large for this. If you won't be home to accept the delivery please leave a note for the postman to leave the box in a safe place or give your delivery address as your work or alternative address during the day.

International Orders - We regularly send orders all over the world from Brazil to Botswana but NOT AUSTRALIA unfortunately due to their customs regulations.

The shopping cart will calculate airmail costs for overseas orders. You can also choose a premium tracked and signed-for option at checkout, otherwise your order will be sent standard airmail which takes 3-5 (working) days for Europe and 5=7 days for the rest of the world.

Please be aware that it's not possible to keep totally up-to-date with the current import regulations of every country in the world regarding duty, tax rates and agricultural restrictions. As the buyer you are regarded in law as the importer and are responsible for any duty, tax and import restrictions imposed by your countries customs. If you're unsure about your own country's regulations, it would be a good idea if you contact your local Department of Agriculture / Customs to fully clarify any restrictions on the import of any of our products you'd like to purchase.

Our internet sales are either through paypal or sagepay, both of whom offer an excellent level of security. We don't hold your credit card details ourselves or give any of your personal details to any 3rd parties.
