  • 1 small butternut squash (about 750g) - peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large onion - thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
