  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 250g plain flour (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 tsp sugar

A wonderfully simple adaptation of our family favourite paratha. The lovely pickled smell was the standout fragrance in the kitchen. Followed the advice and made as a side to a creamy Moghul, will be having again!

These spicy, tangy parathas are a favourite at Spicery HQ too - absolutely delicious!
