  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • Salad to serve (eg finely shredded iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced tomato, lemon wedges etc) (optional)
  • 1 pepper (any colour)
  • ½ lemon
  • 75g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 1 tbsp flour (any type)
