One of my go to vegetable dishes to accompany another meat curry. Especially popular with members of the family with a low heat threshold.
As recommended, made as part of a Thali. Great addition to a meal instead of rice, using 4-5 different vegetables (I also added sweet potato) for that all-important variety. Great one to rotate with Malaysian Brazed Veg as they're similar but different enough to freshen up the changes. Also have a soft spot for the name: Potatoes Carrots Peas - does exactly what it says on the tin with no fuss!
Delicious and a fabulous way to reach the 5 fruit/ veggies a day goal! It's a double thumbs up from us!
