  • Tiger Salad Blend: Korean chilli, Sichuan pepper, white SESAME, white pepper, cassia, garlic, black SESAME

Shopping List
  • 8 lamb cutlets or chops
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30g bunch of coriander
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pepper (any colour)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 40ml vinegar (rice, white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 2 ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Rice to serve
