USES: Use in place of table salt!
INGREDIENTS: Salt, chilli, pepper, MUSTARD, CELERY, fennel
Allergens are listed in CAPITALS. May contain sesame
1 tbsp refill = approx 10 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 36 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)
8 tbsp refill = approx 63 grams (fits Spicery stackable tins)

Used the insanity salt as a rub on our BBQ leg of lamb. Rubbed some into the leg and then left in the fridge over night. Next day sprinkled on more and cooked for 90mins, turning half way through. Served with flatbreads and dips, was a huge crowd pleaser with the apicey rub and smokey BBQ flavour
