Loved all four of these blends and have already posted pics of Trini Beef Curry with Lime Pepper Sauce (hotcha!) and, Ankapur Chicken (loved the marinated onion to finish). Here's the Keralan Meen Moilee with Lemon Pickle (the Lemon Pickle is a definite winner, was nice on a papadum too. . I always add extra veggies to the main ingredient.
