I was a little sceptical about this when we started the recipe, however it was genuinely excellent! Tasted a lot nicer than the tikka version in our local takeaway. Also a great one for kids.
Really easy to do, first time we used a tart base, assembled the tart a bit to early and got the famous soggy bottom! But the spice mix and the sweetness of home grown strawberries was amazing, without a doubt will make it again and again and again, you get the idea

Best Father’s Day dinner ever! All of the condiments were absolutely delicious. We cooked the parathas and chicken over the barbecue, the result was outstanding. Soft, flaky bready, tender spiced chicken, and pokey additions - yum! The mango kulfi was delicious, perfect for the end of a long, hot day. Would definitely make it again.

Absolutely delicious! I used dates, stem ginger, glacé cherries and dried cranberries (using up some half empty bags of fruit for the cupboard!) and it was absolutely delicious. Served it in slices with some sharp Lancashire cheese, and it was a big hit with my book group. I’ll definitely be ordering more of this one.
I honestly thought I would never be able to make a Butter Chicken as good as what we had in Delhi, until friends introduced me to the Curry Legend Kit. I ordered it right after the dinner with them and a week later I was cooking my Butter Chicken and it was brilliant. Last night I tried cooking the Tandoori chicken and Pilau rice and both were fantastic. I cannot wait to try more of the recipes. I love this Cookbook kit!
This was delicious! We have been busy recently and neglected our Spicery boxes, so this was a comeback! We invited friends over and I ‘veganised’ the whole meal. Mushroom and sweet potatoes in the Jalfrezi to replace the chicken, and delicious vegan coconut yoghurt for the sweet raita. So colourful and tasty! There was not a morsel left afterwards.
I used king prawns for this Dhansak, and it was beautiful. I enjoyed the sweetness, the sharpness of the lemon juice, and the kick from the Mirchi blend. The prawns were succulent and paired wonderfully with the curry.
This was a birthday gift for my niece and she absolutely loves it. She immediately put ingredients on the shopping list so she could start cooking. She loved the tin too!
