Great curry! On the second night I added spinach and some natural yogurt which gave it a different taste too.
Loved the free seasonal spice mix with my last order! The potatoes were delicious. I served with a nut roast and a courgette, carrot, olive and seed salad! An alternative vegan Sunday roast!

Having tried a few recipes and enjoyed them, I decided to buy the noodle legend pack! Tonight I made the sesame and peanut noodles, salt and pepper crispy tofu, and sesame cucumber salad! A cacophony of flavours and all vegan!

I usually use a combination of spices including Ras el Hanout but I must say this was delicious!
A bit trickier to make than previous ones, but my vegan version made from dried chickpeas was delicious and very cost effective! Tasted high end restaurant quality!

Another success! These spice mixes have taken my vegan curries up a notch! Alpro vegan Greek yoghurt worked well in the raita!
One of the most 'takeaway-esque' curries in the collection; great bit of heat, lovely nutty undertones, thick rich sauce, what's there not to like? One child chose seconds of this over a pudding of ice cream, which says it all!

Not as good as the smoother curry’s. Dedicated coconut no. Tried the spinach with it. Do not think coconut or red lentils do anything for the flavour.
I love these dumplings even as a snack on their own. The badian blend just sings with these lovelies and when using pre-made wantons they are super quick and simple to make. Thank you guys for yet another corker of a dish.
