Welcome to our new website!
Hopefully this site will run a bit faster and smoother than previously, but there are a few differences to be aware of (as always though, if you need any help or can't find what you need, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can!)
Your Account
One of the biggest changes you'll notice is within your account. As this site is running on a different platform you can't log in with your old passwords from the previous site - instead you now log in using your email address and a one-time code that will be emailed to you at the point of logging in. If you have a 'shop' account (used by numerous Shopify websites) you're able to use this to log in instead of a passcode which should make the whole process much quicker and more secure.
Once you've accessed your account you will only see new orders and saved addresses that have been made on this site (not from the previous site). If you want to check or ask anything about an old order placed on our previous site, please get in touch.
We also have a new system for referring your friends so you'll still be able to earn referral discounts by sharing the new codes with your friends.
Legend
There are a few changes to our Legend Club and Recipe Library.
All the Legend recipes are now FREE TO DOWNLOAD! Hopefully that will make this incredible archive of over 900 recipes more useful than ever, because you're now never more than a couple of clicks away from cooking up a Legendary feast!
As you'll already know, we're no longer running our Legend Points scheme but you can still win prizes each month by posting photos of what you've been cooking on our Wall of Fame.
You can also still register your book (using the unique number printed on the back inner cover) to get on the mailing list and receive a free extra recipe every month! You will also receive a special code to get a FREE eBook when you register!
Subscriptions
There have been some BIG changes to our subscriptions which will hopefully give much more control and flexibility to our subscribers.
Buying a Subscription:
When you place an order for a subscription, the voucher code will be sent by email (either to your email, or the recipient) rather than by post. This will mean you can order at weekends and holidays and get a voucher immediately for all those last minute gift emergencies (or schedule it to arrive on a specific date)!
As before, these codes are valid for 12 months so there's plenty of time to redeem.
Activating a Subscription:
You can now choose ALL your boxes for each month when redeeming, rather than just the remaining boxes of a subscription one month at a time.
Enter your subscription voucher code on the 'activate subscription' page, then add either the default selection for the forthcoming months, or pick your own from any of the 48 boxes available over the next 12 months.
You then enter your delivery address and prepaid subscription voucher code in the checkout and we'll send your boxes automatically at the end of each month. Because you're now in control of the boxes you want at the point of redeeming, you will no longer need to log in to manage your subscription, or swap/skip boxes. If you do need to make a change though, you can get in touch with us and we can make the switch for you.
Renewing a Subscription:
We will no longer be offering subscription renewals but instead sending out a special renewing code that you can use when buying one-off spiceboxes from any of the months ahead, or even any previous boxes that you may want to make again!
Downloadable Recipes
When ordering a downloadable recipe, you need to add it to your basket (even if it's free!) and checkout. We will then email you a link to access your downloadable recipe. You can save the recipe to your device or continue to access it at any time from your email. You won't however be able to access the download from your account, so please keep an eye on your inbox and save the email!
