How do subscriptions work?
From 1st July 2026 our subscription works in a new way...
Buying a Subscription: When you buy a subscription, we send an email with a unique subscription voucher code for the recipient to use to activate their subscription. You can choose between 3, 6 or 12 monthly boxes.

Please note: Subscription boxes can only be sent to UK addresses - if a subscription voucher is bought for a recipient overseas, they will not be able to activate the subscription
How do I activate my subscription?
Activate your subscription voucher code here!
Enter your code into the box on the Activate Subscription page and add the 3, 6 or 12 month selection (or pick your own boxes) and add to your basket. You then enter your pre-paid subscription voucher code to checkout.
We will send out your monthly boxes to you automatically. Because you are now in control of the boxes you receive at the point of activating, you will no longer login to manage your subscription online, or swap/skip boxes. If you do need to make a change though, you can get in touch with us and we will help you.
If you have a code that ends in 2, 5 or 11 followed by FNCD, WKE, FT or DN then you can activate your subscription here
If you have an emailed subscription voucher code (16 digit alphanumeric code) or a code ending in 3, 6 or 12 followed by FNCD, DN, FT or WKE then activate your subscription here
If you have a code bought from another company, such as Buy a Gift or Activity Superstore, you can activate it here
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our orders are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 (unless you select a special delivery delivery service). We dispatch any orders senmt before 1.30pm the SAME DAY! Orders are sent out Monday to friday only so if you place an order after 1.30pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday
You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account. If your order has been dispatched, you'll be able to track its journey from your account or from your 'shipped' email.
If your order has been dispatched and still not arrived within the allotted time, please check the address detail on your confirmation email then get in touch with your order number and we will look into in for you.
How long do the spices last?
Although the fresher the better, the spices will last in good condition for up to 18 months.
How much does shipping cost?
UK Orders:
Spend over £12.95 for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery (UK only). You can also pay for Royal Mail Tracked 24 if you want to!
Shipping on orders under £12.95 costs;
£2.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48
£3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24
£10.95 for Royal Mail UK Special Delivery (signature required)
Overseas:
Costs to ship overseas will vary from country to country and VAT and duty will be calculated at the checkout for you as well.
Are you products suitable for vegetarians?
Absolutely! Our spices are all vegan so most of our recipes can be easily vegetarianised, even if they weren't developed to be vegetarian.
Our most popular vegetarian product is our Curry Legend Veggie Table Cookbook Kit! 80+ veggie curry recipes using the same 4 spice blends!
All our veggie friendly Recipes Kits will have a green ‘Veggie Friendly’ badge on them so they are easy to spot!
Are you products suitable for allergies?
On the most part, our recipes won't cause a problem for anyone with allergies to things such as gluten or dairy. Occasionally, there will be something within the ingredients list that would need to be omitted or substituted (i.e. flour, yogurt) but if you let us know about your allergies, we can make a note against any subscriptions or orders and only send you appropriate recipes by substituting a more suitable box for you.
Allergen notice: CELERY, MUSTARD and SESAME are handled in our warehouse, and all spices and spice blends are packed on shared equipment. Although these allergens may not be included in the ingredient list of every product, we cannot guarantee their absence due to the potential for cross-contamination during packing.
NUTS - whilst we do not use nuts in any of our spice blends, we do occasionally use them in our on-site test kitchen when developing recipes. This is in a different part of the building to where the spices are blended and orders are packed and dispatched, and we do have measures in place to prevent contamination, but it does mean that our building is not an entirely nut-free environment. We therefore wouldn't be able to guarantee that there's absolutely no traces of nuts. We also don't have a guarantee from the suppliers of our spices that their factories are 100% nut-free.
Any allergens that are listed as ingredients are highlighted in bold or capitals on the recipe card and packaging

Returns
UK Returns
If you want to return anything to us, for a refund or an exchange, you can create a free Royal Mail returns label here!
You will be given the option of printing the label off yourself or you will be emailed a QR code that you can scan at the Post Office and they will print a label for you.
If you would like Royal Mail to collect the parcel from you and create the label, you can arrange that here
Once we receive your order, we will get in touch with you (please make sure you include your order number so we know who you are!) to process the refund or exchange unless you have already requested which you'd prefer.
International Returns
If you live outside of the UK, you will need to get in touch with us so we can organise a return for you!
