Fresh fruit cocktails are an extremely popular dessert in Mexico where they’re known as bionicos, and often served in extravagant (and enormous!) combinations with nuts, cream and syrup on top. Here we’re serving fruit in a taco with a lovely lime-scented sour cream and some spicy caramelised coconut sprinkled on top.
