Biber is the Turkish word for pepper or chilli, and our Biber Blend combines the chilli flakes produced in Turkey and the north of Syria (the best in the Middle East!) - Aleppo and Urfa - with rich smoked paprika and a pinch of sweet Spanish paprika to round out all the flavours.
