  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 50g grated cheddar to serve (optional)
  • Sour cream to serve
