  • 10g bunch of coriander (optional)
  • 2 large avocados

  • 150g sour cream
  • 200g tinned chopped tomatoes (½ a standard-size tin)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Tortilla chips to serve
