Shopping List

  • 250g beef mince
  • 1 large carrot or sweet potato - peeled and coarsely grated
  • 1 bunch of spring onions - thinly sliced
  • 5g bunch of thyme - leaves picked
  • 150g cold butter - cut into small chunks
  • 1 egg (any size) - beaten
  • 300g plain flour plus extra for rolling
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (any type)

METHI BLEND: 3 tsp

MIRCHI BLEND: 1 tsp
