Shopping List

  • 500g pork or beef mince or use veggie sausages
  • 20g bunch of parsley - finely chopped
  • 1 sheet of puff or shortcrust pastry (approx 24 x 34cm) - cut in half lengthways to make 2 thin rectangles
  • 1 egg (any size) - beaten
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 75g dried fruit (any type) - cut into small bite-size pieces
  • 40g nuts (any type) - finely chopped
  • 20g breadcrumbs

Blends Needed

BIBER BLEND: 4 tsp

KAMMUN BLEND: 2 tsp

QARFA BLEND: 2 tsp

SUMAK BLEND: 1 tsp
