3 sachets of spice blends and 3 corresponding recipes, all packaged up in a neat little box - just add a few fresh ingredients and follow the simple instructions to make 3 fiery spicy chutneys! Simmer the ingredients, store your chutney, spice up your next meal!

All you need is:
- 2 large apples, 2 large mangoes, and 600g tomatoes
- 300ml vinegar (wine or cider vinegar is best)
- 345g sugar
- 3 x 500ml jars (glass or similar heat-proof material) with a new airtight lid

Caribbean Habanero Pepper Sauce: featuring habanero chillies for an incredibly delicious fruity fragrance (plus plenty of heat!), use this as a table sauce or add a dash to a meat marinade!

Apple & Cinnamon Chutney: Chutneys made with British fruits like apples or gooseberries are a legacy of the Raj, as the Indian technique of preserving fresh fruits and vegetables was adapted to British ingredients and a preference for a sweeter, milder flavour profile. Here we're using cinnamon, allspice and ginger together with a few yellow mustard seeds and some mild chilli flakes to give a lovely sweet, warming and aromatic character to the final product.

Mango & Cardamon Chutney: Mango must be the all-time favourite Indian chutney for most Brits, as a core part of their restaurant curry-eating experience! Our version has a very high fruit content (with a lower proportion of sugar than commercial brands) for a more natural flavour that also highlights the spices that create such an incredibly rich depth of flavour.

Tomato & Tamarind Chutney: This South-Indian style tomato & tamarind chutney goes very well with poppadoms or on the side of a curry, or even add some to a bacon sandwich instead of ketchup. The chutney contains lots of spices commonly used across South India - mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, dried chilli and of course a touch of tangy tamarind!
