Our Ancho Blend is mild and sweet-scented, and you can add it generously to any Taco Legend dish - it’s much more about adding flavour than heat! Ancho chilli, with its incredible scent of dried fruit, raisins and liquorice is blended here with Guajillo flakes, a mild red chilli with an incredibly rich, deep red colour as well as a lovely bittersweet and slightly tangy flavour, red bell pepper flakes to add sweetness, freshness and texture, and sweet paprika for colour, depth of flavour and a slightly savoury note.
