BBQ nachos are a fairly recent creation from Memphis, Tennessee. The combination of rich meat, cheese and tortilla chips, balanced by the sweet, tangy sauce and a touch of smoky heat from the Taco Legend blends is incredibly moreish and will hopefully be a big favourite of yours this summer!

  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 200g tortilla chips
