Buss Up Shut

Buss Up Shut

Buss up shut is a type of bread you’ll find all over Trinidad - its roots are the paratha breads brought over to the Caribbean in the 1800’s by indentured workers from India.

After cooking they’re bashed or ripped up (buss up!) so they’re easy to eat!
