Chana Masala with a side of Chilli Garlic Chutney and chapati. The Chana Masala is delicious and so easy to make. Great meal for Meat Free Mondays. The Chilli Garlic Chutney is my favourite - i'm constantly running out of Mirchi Blend because of it.

Chickpeas will always be a winner in our home: tasty, filling and nutritious! This has been a great way to use them. The smell of the masala sauce whilst cooking was divine! Made a delicious sauce, complimented by the green chilli kick. I thought about a half portion (one tin of chickpeas) but went for the full recipe and glad I did... it all went!
