Shopping List

  • 500g diced beef
  • 1 red onion - cut into wedges
  • 2 tomatoes - halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic - left whole in their skins
  • 1 red chilli - left whole, stem removed
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
  • 20g dark chocolate or chocolate chips - cut into small pieces
  • 200ml stout or dark beer
  • 400g tin of black beans - including all the liquid from the tins
