Chilli Mango Pickle

It’s always good to have a hot, spicy condiment with a curry (or any meal!), and this chilli mango pickle really hits the spot. The mango is cooked in a rich, oily spice paste with lots of MIRCHI BLEND. Dijon mustard replaces mustard oil which is traditionally used in Indian pickles for its pungency and digestive qualities.
