12/2/22 - easy enough to make. Nice with poppadoms

Husband said it was the best he has ever had. We are on a gut health kick to boost microbiome diversity so substituted the yogurt for kefir - worked a treat!

Perfect side for dipping! The little pinch of jeera really adds to the cool cucumber. A little goes a long way! We can usually make it from leftover yoghurt too, so not only is it tasty but great food economy!
