Dried Fruit & Nut Indian Fudge

These moreish little balls of Indian fudge are known as barfi or burfi, and were probably introduced into India by the Moghuls. Cooking the sweetened milk until it sets creates an incredibly rich and sticky texture, and they're ideal served with a cup of chai after a Curry Legend feast!
