I love the Spicery curry blends. All the meals I have made have been a success. You know what you are eating. You can tailor the raw ingredients to suit you. My favorite twist is to make the chicken tikka marinade with some yogurt and barbecue or bake the thighs and have them in a wrap. Also brilliant to take for a picnic.
Thank you for this lovely review, Philip - we're really happy to hear that the flexibility of the Legend books and blends has allowed you to make delicious meals from scratch, exactly as you like them! Your chicken tikka wraps sound brilliant!
