Horchata

This refreshing drink has its origins in North Africa, but travelled the world via the Spanish and is now very popular in Mexico. Our version is a variation on the Mexican horchata, which uses ground rice and cinnamon in a sweet and moreish way to make a lovely cool drink for hot summer days.
