  • 4 chicken legs or large thighs - skin removed if you’d prefer
  • 1 medium onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 2 tsp
  • 150g unsalted cashew nuts
  • 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
