  • 2 red peppers or use pre-roasted peppers from a jar (and skip the grilling stage) - left whole
  • 1 clove of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 150g walnuts plus extra to serve
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses or use 2 tsp balsamic vinegar mixed with 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to serve (optional)
