Mexican oregano is far more powerful and fragrant than the standard Mediterranean oregano we’re used to in Europe, and in its dried form is a crucial flavouring in Mexican cooking. We’ve blended it with roasted cumin, epazote, green pepper and coriander leaf to make a lovely balanced, savoury herb mix that can be used in all kinds of Taco Legend dishes.
