Pakora are the vegetable cousin of onion bhajis.
All manner of ingredients can be used - in Scotland it’s even been known to use haggis!

- 175g root veg (e.g carrot, parsnip, sweet potato, beetroot etc) - peeled then grated
- 2 green chillies - thinly sliced (seeds removed if you’d prefer less heat)
- 80g plain flour or us gram (chickpea) flour
- ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
- Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)

METHI BLEND: 1 ½ tsp
MIRCHI BLEND: 0 tsp
