  • 1 clove of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 1 lemon
  • 10g bunch of mint - leaves picked and finely chopped
  • 100g pistachio nuts or use any nuts you prefer
  • 90ml olive oil
  • Flatbreads or pitta to serve

What a trio of dishes from the new mezze chefs special edition. Every dish was simply delicious. We had ours with chicken shawarma and flat bread. Thank you guys. I shall take some of these on my picnic at the 1066 re enactment this weekend.
