Pilaki

Pilaki is a simple Turkish vegetable and bean dish, coloured and flavoured with tomato puree and a little pinch of chilli flakes. You can serve the dish hot as a side or vegetarian main, or even at room temperature served alongside a selection of mezze.

  • 400g tin of beans (eg cannellini, borlotti, butter beans etc)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
