Pisang Goreng (translating as 'fried bananas') are the Indonesian and Malaysian version of the banana fritters that we're more familiar with after a Chinese meal. This recipe really benefits from very ripe bananas for the best flavour and texture, but is incredibly easy to make and will go down a storm after your Noodle Legend feasts!
