Punjabi Chole Bhature

Originally from Punjab but now enjoyed all over India, chole (chickpeas) bhature is a dish frequently served as a substantial breakfast.

Though traditional, the fried breads served alongside known as bhature can be omitted, as the curry is just as good eaten simply with rice.
