Qarfa is the Arabic word for cinnamon, and it’s sweet Sri Lankan cinnamon (cinnamomum verum) that’s at the heart of this blend. We’ve mixed it with green cardamon, nutmeg, cloves, long pepper, allspice, cassia and dried rose petals for a heady Middle Eastern perfume!
