Quesadillas are tortillas stuffed with cheese, meat or vegetables and griddled until deliciously melted on the inside and crispy on the outside. You can use pretty much any filling and they're also a brilliant way of using leftovers - serve with beans, salad and a salsa to make a complete meal!

Used Spicery recipes before but not for a long time. Got Around the World kit for my birthday - forgot how brilliant and easy everything is. 2 side dishes (refried beans and a salsa plus 2 accompaniments) plus 4 Quesadillas - a happy hour spend on the kitchen. Spice level was just right tasty and filling. It went down well with everyone - was even asked for the recipe! It can be remade using whatever spices you may have. Excellent reintroduction to the Spicery world again - already bought more packs!
