I got this spice kit in Lucky Dip box, and have to admit it isn't one I'd have picked on my own, just because I only seem to like restaurant versions of this dish about half the time...but this one was on point! I split in two and made half as a vegetarian version with eggplant for myself and the other half as indicated by the recipe, and both were delicious (well, I was told the meat version was delicious, but I'm confident it was given how good the veg one was!)! Another winner from the Spicery!

This is so great to hear! The Lucky Dips are a really good way to explore things you might not usually try. Happy spicing!
