Ros bil laban is spicerer Amy’s favourite dessert from her time living in Alexandria, Egypt. The local sweet shops have enormous queues late at night as locals cool themselves with chilled sweet rice pudding topped with nuts and dried fruit, and most crucially a big scoop of vanilla ice cream - a delicious combination!
