Sabzi Khordan

Sabzi Khordan

It’s always good to have some raw, fresh veg with any meal, and in Iran this takes the form of sabzi khordan - a spectacular platter of fresh herbs, nuts and salad veg. It adds essential freshness and crunch, as well as looking stunning in the centre of the table for all the diners to take their own selection.
