Shatta is a Palestinian chilli sauce that’s extremely hot, but gives a lovely tangy depth of flavour to anything it’s served with. You can use it as a condiment on the table with any soup or stew, or in a wrap with kebabs - it adds heat and flavour to anything it touches, but you only need to add a little at a time!
