Smoky Paprikash

Paprikash is a Hungarian dish of chicken cooked with onions, peppers and lots of paprika, with sour cream stirred in at the end to make a rich sauce. Here we're giving it a Taco Legend twist with our ANCHO and CHIPOTLE BLENDS for a spicier, smoky flavour that's delicious served with rice, beans, pasta or a jacket potato!

  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best) ‘or use meat-free chicken style pieces for a veg version (following the same cooking instructions)
  • 1 onion - thinly sliced
  • 2 peppers (any colour) - thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 100g sour cream
  • 1 tsp plain flour
