South African Samoosas

Samoosas are fried, triangle-shaped pastries stuffed with a spicy filling (in this case lamb mince and peas) and are of Indian origin (where they’re spelt samosa!).

They’re fantastic served at the start of the meal with a South African condiment known as blatjang to whet the appetite.
