Sumac is a uniquely Middle Eastern spice - it has a deliciously tangy red-berry flavour, which we’ve combined with the rich clove-like flavour of allspice to complement the sourness, dried thyme and bay for a subtle herbal note and a pinch of Tellicherry black pepper for a bit of a kick!
